Returns

Any products purchased from Smart Buy Appliances may be returned within 30 days from their date of delivery as long as they remain in the original carton and have not been installed. A restocking fee may apply.

We apologize, but we are unable to accept returns for products for any reason after 48 hours of delivery or on products that have already been installed.

 

New Items:

All sales are final

Return policy is 48 hours money back if the item has a manufacturer defect.

 

Exchange Policy:

 

All of the return items need to be return in the same condition and with no physical damage.

If the item qualifies for an exchange, the customer can choose the similar item at the same value.

If the item cannot be exchanged* with the same or comparable item then the customer will be entitled to a full refund. Applies to new in the box items.

Exceptions: items returned after 48 hours are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the refund can only be issued as store credit.

*qualification for exchange is the following:

  1. item(s) has to be returned with the original packaging
  2. Item(s) with missing parts, components, physical damage, scratches, and/or dents are not qualified for returns.

Open box or clearance items

Are as is with 90 day SB warranty.

All items returned within 24 hours due to any manufacturer defects will are subject to store credit only.

Items returned after 24 hours are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the refund can only be issued as store credit.

*some restrictions apply – subject to Smart Buy Appliance Outlet manager approval.

 

Warranty:

Once item is picked up or delivered, the 90-day SB warranty covers parts/labor, and performance only.

90 day warranty:

Once the purchased item leaves the Smart Buy’s warehouse, the 90 day SB warranty will be in effect.

1 year manufacturer:

After 48 hours – manufacturer warranty is applied for new items only

Open box items:

Comes with 90 days Smart Buy Appliance Outlet limited warranty.

Limited warranty includes parts and labor. If the purchased items is within 24 hours exchange policy, items after 24 hours will be store credit only.

After 48 hours – manufacturer warranty is applied for new items only

Extended warranty :

Customer has the option to purchase an extended warranty through a 3rd party up to 5 years.

 

Delivery:

At Smart Buy Appliance Outlet, we are delighted to work with you to deliver your appliance or product to your home. Our home delivery specialist will call ahead to confirm the delivery appointment you select during the checkout process.

It’s important to note that all major appliance orders ship complete. Any other products including accessories may be shipped separately via UPS or FedEx.

Home Delivery

Home delivery extends only in Las Vegas Nevada. If you are uncertain as to whether or not your location qualifies for home delivery, please call our customer service team at (709) 509-9929.

Home delivery services will incur a delivery charge regardless of the quantity of appliance you’ve purchased. This charge varies depending on the item and whether or not installation service was requested. Due to local regulations, we may not be able to install certain appliances, such as gas or built-in products or dishwashers. Please check with a specialist at Smart Buy Appliance Outlet.

If you have ordered smaller major appliances alongside a major appliance purchase, they will be delivered together if available. In cases where the smaller appliance(s) are not available for delivery with the major appliance, a standard FedEx/UPS shipping charge may apply.

What To Do If You Find Damage

Please inspect your appliance or product at the time of delivery.

Signing off on the delivery indicates that the product was received and is free of damage. Once you sign for your delivery, the product’s warranty will begin. This warranty only protects against manufacturer defects – not delivery damage.

We regret that products with damage that have been signed off on cannot be accepted as returns.

Please inspect your product for damage(s) at the time of delivery. Once you sign for and accept delivery, the warranty for the product will be in force. If you note damage on your delivery, please bring the issue to your delivery specialist. If you wish to return the damaged product, do not accept the delivery.

We regret that we cannot accept returns for any reason on products after 30 days of delivery or on products which have already been installed.

If you experience an issue with your product after it is installed, it may be covered under warranty. Please consult the Use and Care guide accompanying your product for warranty details. If you wish to set up a service appointment, please contact the number located on the product manual.

Haul Away

We will not uninstall the product being replaced unless you have purchased the uninstallation service. If you have selected the haul away service during checkout, please remove all contents from the old unit including water and food particles.   You may arrange separately for proper disposal of the replaced product if you do not wish to use the Haul Away service.

Delivery made via Standard Shipping through FedEx or UPS

There are certain products which cannot be delivered through our Home Delivery service.
These products are shipped separately via UPS or Fedex for a fee. This shipping fee is based on the total dollar amount of the order. Shipping can take 7-10 business days. This fee will be shown on your final order summary after you submit your order.

We do not ship to anywhere outside of Las Vegas Nevada and its surrounding cities.
